18.Killing women of immoral behavior.

‘Those of your women who commit illegal sexual intercourse, take the evidence of four witnesses from amongst you against them; and if they testify, confine them (i.e. women) to houses until death comes to them or Allah ordains for them some (other) way”. Quran 4:15  Sahih International

One can’t imagine such a severe punishment for anyone in this present day time. And further, Quran doesn’t say the same kind of punishment for the men who commit such sins..

19.Islam does not protect women against rape.

“Those who accuse the chaste women (of fornication), but they do not produce four witnesses, flog them with eighty stripes and do not accept their any evidence any more. They are the sinners..”, Q.24:4 (Mufti Taqi Usmani).

On the other side of the coin, this Quran verse also implies that a woman cannot accuse any rape she had suffered unless he has four or more witnesses. If she can produce only one or two witnesses her case is not accepted. She will be helpless. And the witness has to testify that he saw the man’s sex organ going inside the female genitalia. If he/she fails to testify such that the case fails.

Further, four witnesses is equal to 8 women’s witness. And if they fall short of the number of witnesses or any witness defects due to pressure and only three witnesses are there then the accuser gets flogged. It is to discourage women from accusing against her rape.

20.Islam permits a Muslim to have sex with a married woman :

“And [also prohibited to you are all] married women except those your right hands possess. [This is] the decree of Allah upon you. …”Qur'an (4:24).

Even in barbaric cultures it is reprehensible to take another man’s wife and have sex with her and consider it as legally acceptable. Slaves were not human beings in the eyes of Islam.

(Permission to Muslims to have sex with captive women is also in Sahih Muslim vol.2:3371-3374 p.732-735; Abu Dawud vol.2:2150 and footnote 1479 p.577-578. Sex with captives among the Bani Al-Mustaliq. Bukhari vol.9:506 p.372; Abu Dawud vol.2:2167 p.582)

21.Stripping female captives of their clothes is halal (Permitted), according to Sahih Muslim vol.3:4345 p.953 and Ibn-i-Majah vol.4:2840 p.187.

The Qur'an actually devotes more verses to making sure that Muslim men know they can keep women as sex slaves than it does to telling them to pray five times a day. Quran speaks about what type of women are lawful for a man but does not speak anything about what is lawful for a woman (Because she has none).

22.Muhammad approved raping of women taken as slaves in battle by Muhammad's men after their husbands and fathers were killed. (Bukhari 62:137).

23. Muhammad forbade women praying when menstruating

“It was narrated from Fatimah bint Qais from Banu Asad Quraish that she came to the Prophet  and mentioned that she suffered from Istihadah. She said that he said to her: "That is a vein, so when the time of menstruation comes, stop praying, and when it goes, take your bath and wash the blood from yourself then pray. (Reference: Sunan an-Nasa’I 349; Book3, Hadith2, Eng. Translation Vol.1,Book3, Hadith 350).

24.A woman has to please her husband to go to heaven:

'Any woman who dies when her husband is pleased with her, will enter Paradise'.(Grade: Hasan, Sunan Ibn Majah 1854, Bk. 9, H. 10).

25.Women, Prostrate before your husband:

Abdullah bin Abu Awfa said “When Muadh bin Jabal came from Sham, he prostrated to the Prophet who said: 'What is this, O Muadh?' He said: 'I went to Sham and saw them prostrating to their bishops and patricians and I wanted to do that for you.' The messenger of Allah said: 'Do not do that. If I were to command anyone to prostrate to anyone other than Allah, I would have commanded women to prostrate to their husbands. By the One in Whose Hand is the soul of Muhammad! No woman can fulfill her duty towards Allah until she fulfills her duty towards her husband. If he asks her (for intimacy) even if she is on her camel saddle, she should not refuse.' ”(Sunan Ibn Majah Vol.3, book 9, hadith 1853).
