37. It obligatory for a woman to take a bath after nocturnal discharge.' (Bukhari, Volume 4, Book 55, Number 545).
(This hadith says, a child resembles its mother because she gets discharge before her husband—great Muhammadan science!).
38. The veil (Hijaab) ayats were revealed by Allah when he received idea from Umar:
'Umar used to say to the Prophet "Let
your wives be veiled," but Allah's Apostle did not do so. One night Sauda
bint Zam'a the wife of the Prophet went out at 'Isha' time and she was a tall
lady. 'Umar addressed her and said, "I have recognized you, O Sauda."
He said so, as he desired eagerly that
the verses of Al-Hijab (the observing of veils by the Muslim women) may be
revealed. So Allah revealed the verses of "Al-Hijab" (A complete
body cover excluding the eyes). Bukhari, Volume 1, Book 4, Number 148).
39.Black woman is an epidemic:
Muhammad said, "I saw (in a dream) a black woman with unkempt hair going out of Medina and settling at Mahai'a. I interpreted that as (a symbol of) the epidemic of Medina being transferred to Mahai'a, namely, Al-Juhfa." (Bukhari, Volume 9, Book 87, Number 162).
40.Women not fit for leadership position:
“When the Prophet heard the news that the people of the Persia had made the daughter of Khosrau their Queen (ruler), he said, "Never will succeed such a nation as makes a woman their ruler." (Bukhari, Volume 9, Book 88, Number 219).
41.Muhammad cursed mannish women and a woman who wore men’s sandals.(Sahih, Sunan Abi Dawud 4099, Bk. 34, H. 80).
42.One Man will look after fifty women :
"From among the portents of the Hour are the following: Religious knowledge will be taken away; General ignorance (in religious matters) will increase; illegal Sexual intercourse will prevail: Drinking of alcoholic drinks will prevail. Men will decrease in number, and women will increase in number, so much so that fifty women will be looked after by one man." (Sahih Bukhari 5231, Bk. 67, H. 164).
43.Muslims were
afraid to chat leisurely with their wives for fear of Muhammad:
‘During the lifetime of the Prophet (ﷺ) we used to avoid chatting leisurely and freely with our wives lest some Divine inspiration might be revealed concerning us. But when the Prophet (ﷺ) had died, we started chatting leisurely and freely (with them).( Sahih Bukhari 5187, Bk. 67, H. 121).
44.Do not allow anyone in the house without husband’s permission:
Muhammad said, "It is not lawful for a lady to fast (Nawafil) without the permission of her husband when he is at home; and she should not allow anyone to enter his house except with his permission; and if she spends of his wealth (on charitable purposes) without being ordered by him, he will get half of the reward." ( Sahih Bukhari 5195, Bk. 67, H. 129).
45. Prostitution (Muta- temporary marriage) allowed.
"You have been allowed to do the Mut'a (marriage), so do it." Salama bin Al-Akwa' said: Allah's Apostle's said, "If a man and a woman agree (to marry temporarily), their marriage should last for three nights, and if they like to continue, they can do so; and if they want to separate, they can do so." I do not know whether that was only for us or for all the people in general…"(Bukhari volume 7, Book 62, Number 52).
(In common parlance, when a man pays a woman for two or three nights’ sex it is called prostitution, though Muslims call it temporary marriage). The contract expires when the contracted time expires. If you are tourist you are allowed to pay for sex as per the Sunnah of Muhammad. Muslim students going abroad marry girls for the period of their stay abroad and leave them when they go back to their country.
‘ We used to participate in the holy wars carried on by the
Prophet and we had no women (wives) with us. So we said (to the Prophet ).
"Shall we castrate ourselves?" But the Prophet forbade us to do that
and thenceforth he allowed us to marry a
woman (temporarily) by giving her even a garment, and then he recited: "O
you who believe! Do not make unlawful the good things which Allah has made
lawful for you."(Bukhari, Volume 6, Book 60, Number 139).
I heard Ibn `Abbas (giving a verdict) when he was asked about the Mut'a with the women, and he permitted it (Nikah-al-Mut'a). On that a freed slave of his said to him, "That is only when it is very badly needed and women are scarce." On that, Ibn `Abbas said, "Yes." (Sahih Bukhari 5116, Bk. 67, H. 53). No society would accept that kind of practice even if one’s wife is away for months or even years, or even incapacitated for sex for the rest of her life).
“We performed Tamattu' (Hajj and 'Umra combining together) in the company of Allah's Messenger (ﷺ), and nothing was revealed in the Qur'an (concerning the abrogation of this practice), and whatever a person (Hadhrat 'Umar) said was his personal opinion. 'Imran b. Husain narrated this hadith (in these words also):" Allah's Apostle (ﷺ) performed Hajj Tamattu' and we also performed it along with him." (Sahih Muslim 1226g, h; Bukhari Vol.6, Bk.60, N.43).
The Shi’a sect still practices mut’a because it was not abrogated by Umar only, not in the Quran.
“ Force not your slave-girls to whoredom that ye may seek enjoyment of the life of the world, if they would preserve their chastity. And if one force them, then (unto them), after their compulsion, lo! Allah will be Forgiving, Merciful” (.24:33).
Here Allah says not to force a slave girl into prostitution if she doesn’t like to work as prostitute. But if you force then Allah is forgiving. Why not Allah say this is forbidden? Why did he not make a punishment for the one who practices it? Why did not Muhammad say the one who would do so this would go to hell?
